We will only accept returns of UNUSED merchandise.
We will NOT ACCEPT returns without a return authorization (RA NUMBER) on the outside of the package.
Email for a return authorization number BEFORE returning any merchandise.
*Time limit for returns is 30 DAYS from the date of invoice.
*Merchandise must be returned as originally packed, with all original packing included.
*Include a copy of the original invoice.
*Include a letter or note explaining the reason for the return.
*Include your current telephone number and address.
All Machines, Inks, powders, Design Sheets, Books, and Publications cannot be returned.
We are not responsible for breakage, crushed or tampered cartons. Please file claims with the freight company.
